08 Nissan Pathfinder - RF642W Lock Button Locks, Unlock Button Locks, Programming Settings or Wrong Wire?

2008 Nissan Pathfinder S - Standard Key - OEM Alarm Fortin EVO-ONE With NIS2 Harness Guide Followed: 75611 Unit was flashed to recommended/newest firmware prior to install. Service No: 002B07 200206 Everything is installed and working (As far as the Remote Starter Goes). When using the OEM Remotes the vehicle will lock and unlock as it always has. However, when using the RF642W remotes, The remote start works flawlessly (Push button, parking lights on, start/Crank, Run) The lock button locks the doors, but the unlock button also locks them (and does not unlock). The OEM Remote will unlock the door as normal with the remote starter running, but I would really like to not have to carry two remotes with me. Vehicle Running Oem Remote: Only Solid Yellow is on, No Blue Flashes RF642W: Lock - Solid Yellow, Blue Flash - Locks Doors RF642W: Unlock - Solid Yellow, Blue Flash - Locks Doors Did I miss a step? Enable/disable a wrong option? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank You in advance.

13 Frontier Not Always Locking

I have an EvoOne with RF642W remotes. Sometimes, but not every time, upon exiting the truck, when I press Lock, the remote responds positively but the locks arent triggered. It does work every time to Unlock. For locking, It works on the first press sometimes and when it doesnt, it will lock on the second or third try. I do not have a loose connection from the Evo to the door lock. Also, does anyone know the color and location of the truck's horn wire? Thanks, Todd

RF remote unlock button unlocks and then relocks doors

Installed an EVO ONE on a 2006 Nissan Armada with a Fortin rf642w RF remote. Everything is working fine except the unlock from the RF remote. Lock functions as it should (Although I can hear it lock a second time after it is already locked), but the unlock isnt working. Pressing the unlock causes it to unlock and then immidiately relock. Factory remote continues to function as it should. Any advice would be appreciated.

Doors locking after ignition shut off - Not programmed to.

2008 Nissan Titan, EVO-ONE with T-Harness install using RF642W remotes. Doors immediately lock upon turng engine off. What function am I missing to disable this? Tried Rico's advice. Alarm doesn't turn off if set off with RF642W remotes. May just diconnect and purchase a different remote start at this point. I'm really getting dissapointed with this installation. Neither contributors really answered the question. Update: Customer has asked to have remote start removed and replaced with a different manufacturer. Can't say I blame him.

maxima 2010 pts , viper remote start and evo-all

in the diagram of evo-all installation guide show that the lock and unlock wire of the remote start connect to the bcm and also connect to purple and purple/white wire of the evo-all , but i try to do another way because i cannot get to the bcm , i have all the wire color information of the car , the lock wire and unlock wire in the car is blue and red at POWER WINDOW MAIN SWITCH , if i dont connect lock and unlock wire to the bcm , can i connect it to the wire at POWER WINDOW MAIN SWITCH ? if i connect the lock of remote start to blue wire of the car and to purple of evo-all , unlock to red wire of the car and purple/white of evo-all , can i do like that ?

Lock & unlock buttons work but no remote start (Evo-All)

I just completed an install & am attempting to remote start my 2012 Nissan Rogue (base model with standard key) with the Prestige APS787E alarm and it isn't starting. I have the Forting EVO-ALL bypass hooked up along side it in D2D (data to data) mode. I can confirm that my lock, unlock & trunk buttons work perfectly on my Prestige remote but once I attempt to do a remote start, my amber parking lights flash exactly seven times.    Also when I attempt to do a remote start, I notice no lights flash on the Evo-All, is this normal?   Moreover, I didn't hook up the hood pin switch that came w/ my alarm kit. Could that be the issue? Does the Prestige require the hood pin switch to be connected for the remote start to function? WIrecolor.com said my Nissan has a hoodpin switch but I physically couldn't find one under the hood.   Thanks & happy holidays

06 Altima auto start works interrmittently

Hello I have a Fortin module starter on my 2006 Nissan Altima. The starter will work sometimes along with the door locks and trunk control. When everything is working the horn beeps with locking and unlocking doors. As if a switch has been switched the remote buttons change and only one button both locks and unlocks door with no horn, no trunk, no starter. This is an older unit so I am unclear if it is still dealth with. Are there any manuals availible?

Nissan Rogue 2009 with Intelli-Key and Evo-One 3xLock

Hi, Fortin support. I'm planning on installing Evo-One (standalone 3xLock remote start, no T-harness) into 2009 Nissan Rogue with Intelli-Key. I have a couple of questions before I proceed: a) If the car is remote started would it still keep the car locked? b)Once car door is opened, would it kill the engine? If not, would it be fine to just insert key to On position, press brake pedal and drive right away? c) Will proximity sensor function the same way after install? d) Car has a factory alarm, but since Evo-One module detects door lock signal via CanBus, will I need to tap into Arm/Disarm wires of the car ? Thanks, Michael

Nissan Murano 2003 - Guide is incorrect

I know this is going way back, but I am doing a 2003 Murano today and noticed that your guide for it is incorrect. When you first pull up the 03 Murano from your list of vehicles, it says the EVO-ALL performs lock and unlock. Then, when you open the guide, it shows the wires from the remote start arm/disarm outputs controlling the lock/unlock. Also, the picture you have listed for the BCM on the diagram is wrong. Thank you, Justin
