Is Evo-All will work without an OEM Key on VW Jetta 1.6 TDI 2016?

I have a very basic VW Jetta 1.6 TDi manual transmission which does not have an alarm. I want to install Evo-All so that i can install an alarm. will the Evo-All wil work without installing the OEM Key on the setup? I dont want the car to remote start. my purpose is only the alarm system.
