Evo all not flashing blue on step 10

When going through the installation process the Evo all does not flash blue on step 10. All wires are connected with the exception of the hood wire. I have tried firmware 74.32 like the guide suggests as well as 74.18 like the flashlinj suggests.

stuck programming evo-all on 2018 F150

While programming a evo-all for standalone remote start on 2018 Ford F150 after programming key 1 and key 2 and removing both the evo-all yellow and red lights go solid and then the ignition turns on. The ignition then stays on as well as the yellow and red lights. The blue light never flashes like it is supposed to.

Upon attaching evo-all back to computer after successful start I had to set option d2 due to alarm going off on start up now upon reconnecting evo-all the red light and blue light come on when attempting remote start then go off quickly. Interior accessories do come on before lights go off.
