International smartphone app

As an international user (not in north america), is there any smartphone app that is compatible with evo one? most of the modules I found work only in the U.S. or Canada.

Takeover with THAR-MAZ1 (EVO ONE or EVO ALL)

When comparing EVO MAZT1 with EVO ALL it shows that Takeover is not available with MAZT1.

Is it the T-harness that conflects with the feature? and will that apply when using EVO ONE with THAR-MAZ1 in 2017 Mazda CX9 Push to start with 3x OEM remote start?

If it does, is there any solution for the mentioned vehicle where OEM remote start, takeover and plug & play is a must for me.

International shipping

Do you provide international shipping for consumers? I'm in Saudi Arabia and there are no distributers in the country. If not, will you cancel sales taxes if I used a shipping agent that would receive products in the U.S. and send them to me? Moreover, How can I add T-harness to the cart? there is no button for it.
