2017 F150, remote starts ok, no heater or dash lights

I bought a Evo -Fort 3 programmed by the place where I bought. Very easy installation. But tried it for the first time this morning, it started fine (set up for lock-unlock -lock) and found that the heater does not come on , I set the heat and fan to max before I shut down the truck last night. When I got in the truck all dash lights are off even the tach doesn't register that it is running, only thing showing is a box on the display that says to insert the key and turn to run position. There is some air blowing out of the dash but no lights on the heater controls. I had set it for defroster, max heat and max air. Some guidance would be appreciated.

Cannot get past solid blue light when attempting the second pass after Dcrytor

I have started from fresh multiple times on a 2015 Mazda CX-5,I get through steps 1-12 ok , hook up to laptop, do the Dcryptor program, go back to vehicle hook up the module , data link first then other connectors, then disconnect data link , then all other connectors. Then start at step 1 again, get to the solid blue light but when trying the step 5 with the OEM remote again the blue light stays on solid no matter how many times I retry the steps, I have an EVO-MAZT1, and have done the evo all Master reset numerous times as well to get back to a fresh starting point, enabling this vehicles recommended options as instructed. I always get everything to work as per instructions but cannot past the second pass solid blue light. I tried downgrading the firmware as suggested by someone else that was having the same problem. This is a push to start vehicle. This is not the first Evo that I have installed but just happens to be the wife's.

too many decrypts for evo all

I was having troubles programming the Evo All using the one key programming guide. So, I switched and tried the 2 key programming guide. It worked, but I was not able to do a take over. So, I have been trying to get the single key programming to work. It never actually worked, so I switched back to the 1 key guide.... I didn't see until just now that it couldn't be programmed more than once with the same vehicle. So, attempting to program it both ways screwed me up? long story short - the decryptor told me I can't try any more for my vehicle. So, it needs to be reset from the server end? (it would be nice if your computer software told you what cars you had generated keys for already... then you could use them or delete them yourself.... - programmer's 2 cents)

EVO-MAZT1, Guide 62951, 2015 CX-5 step 16 then to 1-12 steps

I get as far as step 15 , install the Dcryptor, then step 16 says to first install the 4 pin data connector, then the other connectors, step 17 says to go back and repeat steps 1-12. Does this mean remove all the connectors that step 16 asked me to install before starting at step one again, or just disconnect the data connector and press and hold the program button. I am a little confused on how to repeat steps 1-12 again if step 16 asked me to install all the connectors and never asked me to remove them.
