EVO-ALL external triggers not working

Hi Installed EVO-ALL on 2017 Mazda CX-9 as stand alone together with Smart Start DSM300 through data connection. Remote start works with 3x lock and SmartStart controls remote start and lock/unlock. Problem is purple/purple white wires do not do anything when grounded. Trying to add a remote in additon to the SmartStart, but can't get EVO-ALL to lock/unlock through external trigger. Any ideas? Thank you (closed up dash already, can't get service number right now)
