As an international user (not in north america), is there any smartphone app that is compatible with evo one?

most of the modules I found work only in the U.S. or Canada.

International shipping

Do you provide international shipping for consumers? I'm in Saudi Arabia and there are no distributers in the country. If not, will you cancel sales taxes if I used a shipping agent that would receive products in the U.S. and send them to me? Moreover, How can I add T-harness to the cart? there is no button for it.
