while programming in vehicle, red light will not flash 10x.

I have used installation pdf 82761. Followed all procedures up to the install key. Evo-One will not flash red led 10x with key install. What next?

When programming the DCryptor, the red LED light doesnt flash

Following the Dcryptor programming instructions for my 2019 Subaru Crosstrek, everything works as it shold until I get to step 5. When I start the engine, the red and blue come on and stay solid. The red light does not flash 10x. The S/N of the module is 002B04013106
