Can I use the OEM remote or do I have to install an RF kit on a 2014 tahoe?

EVO ALL with THAR-GM4 stand alone harness. Flashed to current firmware and did the key Dcryptor. The LED lights flashed exactly as they are supposed to during the programming steps. OEM remote will not start vehicle after pressing lock button 3 times.

RF642W will not start 2010 Tahoe

I have a really odd problem, I installed an EVO-ALL with GMT4 T-harness in a 2010 Tahoe and added a RF642W remote kit. I can start the vehicle with 3X Lock, but not with the RF642W. I have the RF kit option H2 selected, I got the visual on the EVO-ALL and the blue blinking light on the RF antenna that my remotes got paired with the EVO-ALL, but they still do not work. just for the heck of it I changed it to option H1 and was able to start the vehicle with the lock button on the RF642W, but was unable to shut the vehicle back off. I am not sure why I can not get any reaction from the my RF642W remote with the option H2 selected. Also, this vehicle also had a factory remote start installed, I douibt that has anything to do with it but just thought I would let you know. Any ideas?

PS04-G5 2003 Tahoe

Do I need a relay for the starter and do I need a relay for lock and unlock? Do I need to hook up the tack wire? What wires on the Tahoe do I need to tap into for lock and unlock?
