An electronic gadget is installed on windshield blue and red light blink and written evo on it. Can I link my oem key to 3x lock??

Windows wont work when started with remote start.

2020 Volkswagen Tiguan Standard Key. Installed Evo All according to instructions and upated via flash link. When vehicle is started with key in ignition windows works fine. when vhicle is started with lock-lock-lock all windows do not fuction. power mirrors also dont work. I also get a "Error: start-stop system" on the dash when started with remote start only. Can someon pleas help.

17 Tiguan PTS no dcryptor option in flashlink programmer

Trying to get everything prepped before install, have evo-vwt1 with tb-vw and when trying to program the module, it auto-fills the "installation method" step with "key in a box" and says 1 sacrificed key no decryptor. I want to use the decryptor, but theres no combination of settings that enables it as an option. running newest software and firmware, do i need to start the install and try to pull key data first? i didnt want to continue because i wont use this kit if i need to burn a key for it to work

2010 VW Tiguan doesn't start.

Hi guys. Dereck could you check this out for me? All the wiring was correct, the programming was perfect, but when the car tries to start, it says, key not recognized and glitch twice when I try to start. I'm not sure if I'm using the correct diode. By the way, the red black wire (starter) is orange black, I'm not sure if this is the correct one either. The transponder wires, one is blue and the other is red, am I opening the blue, or does it not matter? Might you help me? Thank you very much in advance.     Best regards.

2012 VW Tiguan, I installing EVO-ALL, used THAR-VW2 diagram, I start with prograning procedure, 1-6 pass, in stage 7 red light tree times flashing,I reconect wires on OBDII, now it flash twice. this problem in wiring or programing? thanks.

2010 VW Tiguan THAR-VW6 compatability?

Trying to install an EVO-ALL on a 2010 Tiguan with the THAR-VW6, but I am not seeing where I can add the connector "A" as indicated in the instructions. Does this T-harness work with this vehicle or should I be going wire-to-wire?

2016 Tiguan brake and accessories come on but does not turn over, cycles twice.

All lights check out to be correct. Car turns acessories on and applies brake then nothing, then it tries it again and stops for good after that. I have a keywrap right now. Do i the the TB-VW?

2014 VW Tiguan EVO-All EVO-VWT6 TB-VW Starts, and shuts down, shows no key.

2014 Tiguan, Standard Key, using EVO-All, Vwt6, and TB-VW along with THAR-TB-VW. The EVO-All programs fine and has been decrypted. Currently using the Factory FOB to 3x Lock to start. Vehicle starts and then shuts down displaying 'No Key'. No wires have been extended. Everything is connected and triple checked.

2012 VW Tiguan PTS - Heated Seats & Rear Defrost Question

I have an EVO-ALL using firmware 75.28 on a 2012 VW TIG PTS, and was wondering if this should / could allow for the heated seats and rear defrost to kick on in the winter? I see the option in the firware selections, but I had no success in the colder winter days we had here in Denver, CO a few months back. I saw some other info on a thread discussing to go back revisions to FW 61.11 to allow this to work via the CANBUS data (but not sure if that is actually NEWER or OLDER firmware)? If an EVOALL has no means to sense the coolant or cabin temp, and it would mean running the heated in the summer too, I guess I rather leave well enough alone given I would have to reprogram everything if I changed FW anyways. Thanks for any advice in advance, RW

VW THAR1 HARNESS Install With A Fortin RF Kit

for an EVO-ALL Standalone I am getting ready to add an 

RF642W

series RF kit to a 2014 VW Tiguan that already has the THAR-VW1 harness installed.  Before ordering the parts, I am trying to figure out if I need the other small T-Harness for the RF Antenna you guys sell on the side (maybe called the RF-ALL?).  Does the main harness make this "plug and play" without an extra purchase?

2016 vw tiguan tries to start twice but does not turn over.

i have the the module all programed and when i go to start the car with the 3x lock key. the red and yellow light come on and the car recieves brake signal and then it doesent start. it tries one more time with the same result.

3x lock doesn't work, 2018 VW Tiguan

Hi, I installed the EVO-ALL in my 2018 Tiguan today. The car is an automatic transmission, without virtual cluster and using a standard key (not a push to start).

I used the EVO-ALL hardware version 7 with the THAR-VW2 harness with the keywrap method for a standalone installtion (Guide # 72011). The EVO-ALL firware is updated to version 7.64.06 from 2019-11-23 as recommened by FlashLink Manager (Guide 72011 is recommending at least hardware version 6 with firmware 6.75.35) I did not changed any settings except for the run time which is now set to maximum and kept all the recommended settings turned on.

The EVO-ALL programmed sucessfully (solid blue led when connecting the data-link, connected remaining connectors, turned the key to ON, blue led flashed rapidly, turned key off).

Now the car will start normally when using the key, but when trying to remote start using 3X lock with the OEM remote, the car wont start and there is no activity on the EVO-ALL (no LED).

I double checked my connections at least 5 times. I'm pretty sure they are all good, I soldered the wires as per aviation standards (I'm an avionic tech so making good solder is an everyday task for me). The dark blue wire for the valet switch isn't installed yet (not grounded).

The troubleshooting section of Fortin's website is telling me ''If the red led does not turn on verify the options needed for the evo''. So I'm a little lost, any idea what I am missing?

2011 VW TIGUAN w/ PTS - STAND ALONE WITH KEY INSTALL

Robb- I promise this will be it from me regarding questions! I wanted to quickly update you on a chat I had with an installer today, and they said for a VW 2011 TIG w/ PTS they have used a VW1 harness and referenced GUIDE #65501. I found it interesting that it shows PTS TIGS dated 2012 - 2017 too, which the tech speculated was probably the first year in Canada the PTS came out. This guide only comes up on your search tool if I enter a 2014 VW TIG w/ PTS too, but I can imagine keeping all this data linked up and straight is tough enough. Here is my last question: To eliminate complexity on more unknowns I am going to just leave a valet key with chip in the vehicle vs fooling around with programming a TB-VW on an unknown config using Decrypter. What I can not undertand is why GUIDE #65501 depicts NOT SPLICING into the OEM transponder wire, and just wrapping the key and the detector on the column with the wire loop coming off the EVO-ALL harness. How will this solution not make the vehicle think there is ALWAYS a key in range for a manul start no matter what?? Is the trick to place the looped key a certain distance AWAY from the steering column OEM transponder so it can not pick it up? This one confused me, since this manual specifically states not to cut into the OEM transponder wire like every other Fortin install I have read. I want to also thank you for all your help! Truly a great resource.

Why are 2018 VW Tiguan installation guides showing images from 2012-2017 Tiguan

I'm considering buying the EVO-ALL with a THAR-VW2 harness for my 2018 VW Tiguan (AUT. transmission + standard key). All installation guides for the 2018 VW Tiguan are showing exterior and interior images of the 2012-2017 tiguan (PQ35 platform). So are these installation guides really made for the 2018 Tiguan (MQB platform) ?. Thanks French or English answers are welcome

EVO-ALL will not continue programming after solid red light

EVO-ALL, THAR-VW1 Harness, TB-VW Standalone installation with Key Bypass, Automatic, PTS . FIrmware 75.38, Hardware v6 Guide #62501 During programming Blue light flashes rapidly indicating CAN bus activity when ignition is turned on. Press and hold programming button, Blue LED turns off and Red LED turns on Solid. After 3 seconds release programming button, and red LED begins to flash 3x and then repeats continuously. Nothing happens, the LED’s do not rapidly alternate, even after waiting 20 mins or more. Step 7 never completes, unit does not program. Wiring has been checked and rechecked. Any ideas why it doesn’t want to program?

2017 VW Tiugan Lights/Radio Stay on After 15min

The Vehicle after the Remote start times out (set to 15min) leaves the lights on and the dash light up, I have installed an Evo-All with a T-harness and the VW Module. I had no issues programing the unit, but it does seem to have issues starting with the 3x Lock. Any ideas what could be causing this issue?

not sure how to wire relay in for 2015 vw tiguan with evo all and command start says on wire color see relay wire diagram but cant find it and in picture it talks about two wires but then theres four wires taped up so not sure how to wire it

2017 Tiguan PTS, Evo-All stand alone no start, lock/unlock work fine

Dycrypting and all other steps complete sucessfully, remote (RF642W) locks and unlocks the doors. 3 locks with the factory remote, or using the remote the car doesn't crank or anything. Brake lights come on as expected and the evo-all goes through what appears to be a normal sequence. Evo-all flashes red 3 times, which might be missing tach signal? Isn't that taken care of over CAN?

VW Tiguan with T Harness gets no power when data link plugged in

Installing EVO all on 2014 Tiguan per guide #65501. When I go to plug in data link connector I get no power in order to try and program module. There are only 2 wires to connect, besides the harness connector itself, for the brake and ignition so Im not sure how to get power for the module? Any ideas.

EVOALL+VIPER 4806V installed for 2017 VW tiguan push to start, no lock unlock,no start

hi, i installed a Fortin EVOALL+VIPER 4806V remote starter for my 2017 volkswage tiguan with push to start.

i use DATA-LINK wire to connect the bypass module and remote starter. so there is only a few wires need to be connected.

i flashed evoall with firmware 75.25 and the evoall programmed successfully on the car.

i didn't connect the parking light wire for the remote starter. i'm confused for the parking lights wire connection.

the fortin manual shows there should be a RS3 OUT PARKING LIGHTS(-) wire connect to a relay PIN 86.

But the VIPER quick reference install guide shows there is only: a H/4 WHITE/BROWN LIGHT FLASH ISOLATION WIRE -PIN 87a light flash relay and a H/5 WHITE PIN 30 of LIGHT FLASH RELAY

so should i use a relay to make the connection? but how? or there is a realy inside the remote starter? anyway i didn't connect the wires for the parking lights.

should i connect a hoop pin switch to make it work?

For the VIPER 4806V remote starter:

set light flash polarity to -, set horn input polarity jumper to -,

connected the H1 ,H2 wires(6 PIN connector),

Neutral safety switch plugged in and in the ON position.

door lock plug NOT plug in,

ground pin 13 black /white (-) neutral safety /parking brake input (as the manual mentioned) ---- 24PIN connector,

control center connected,

connected the pin8 * IGNITION1 INPUT/OUTPUT (8 PIN connector on viper)

 

For the EVOALL :

every wire connected as the manual said.

so here is the problem:

when i press the lock button , the door lock no action. i can hear one click sound coming from the viper brain.seems it wants to trigger the parking light to flash one time.

press the unlock button,door lock no action. two click sound coming from the viper brain.

press the remote start button the car wouldn't start. ignition doesn't go on. and i hear 5 click sound from the viper brain. which means :Brake wire is active .

i used a Digital Multimeter to test every wire from the car connector pin to the VIPER and EVOALL pin. all good!

reset the EVOALL module. nothing changed! took the EVOALL off the car to reflash it. i can enter every menu EXCEPT the EVO-ALL OPTIONS. Always shows unit is not connected.and stuck there.

my computer system is windows10. i tryed diffrent computers,diffrent USB port. nothing changed.
