car no longer starts with the key

Installed evo all with T harness kit in a 2010 Mustang. All went well and the remote start works as it should, however the car will no longer start using the key. Can start it with remote and then turn the key to keep it running but won't start with either key. Security light flashes in the dash when trying to start with key. Anyone ever have this issue
