What firmware for 2015 Jeep Cherokee?

I have an EVO-ALL with T-harness for a 2015 Jeep Cherokee. I'm having problems programming it to the vehicle. The lights on the unit aren't flashing per the instructions. I have firmware 68.01 as this was recommended in FlashLink. While troubleshooting, I noticed the website said minimum firmware is 74.24. Should I flash it to the latest 74.xx firmware instead?

2015 Jeep Wrangler - Starts for one sec, then shuts itself off. Tried grounding GWR - Jeep freaked out...

Here are the specifics: Vehicle: 2015 Jeep Wrangler w/ OEM Alarm Unit: Fortin EVO-CHRT5 w/ Flash Link Programming: Everything is set to off, with the exception of C1 - Send Lock/Unlock, D1 - Stand Alone Remote Starter, D1.6 - 15min runtime, D2 - Unlock Before / Lock After to diasble OEM Alarm Symptoms: Unit installed per instruction set C (stand alone). Press lock 3 times triggers start, engine turns over, starts and immediatly shuts off. Saw from another Q/A that I should try connecting the GWR (Ground while running) wire. Tried this and all of the electronics went haywire when trying to start (radio, dash lights, etc.). I'm now stuck - not sure what to try next.
