How do I set my parking lights to come on after remote start? 2015 Subaru Outback

I installed the Evo One kit w/ T-harness in my 2015 Subaru Outback. Works fine but I'd like to have my parking-lights on after it's started remotely. How do I do this?

Why don’t my tail and dash lights work?

I self installed eco-all with T-harness using posi-tap and splice connectors. I followed the wiring diagram and checked fuses so it must be a wiring issue. I double checked the splices and taps for the lighting wire according to the diagram and it appeared to be good? (2013 Impreza key start)
