Issue with program lights

the remote starter worked. after a third time using the remote starter it stopped working. i unplugged and went through the reset process. when i go through the reset process the yellow light stays on.

Truck won't start by ignition

2016 GMC 3500 standard key I installed EVO-ALL RS w/GMT5 stand alone. It will start with the factory key fobs (lock, lock, lock) but will not start via the key in the ignition. Once the ignition is turned to start, display advises "SERVICE THEFT DETERRENT SYSTEM". EVO module is dark, when ignition is turned to ON yellow light activates. When using key fob blue light flashes with each lock, then red light turns on, truck starts. Once started red and yellow lights activate. Any thoughts....?

GMT3 not remote starting

2015 GMC Silverado 2500HD. GMT3 module, programmed correctly, A8 wire is grounded. Vehicle will not start and no lights on module when pressing the LOCK button on my factory remote.

why doesn't evo one crank engine long enough

have evo one in a 2003 gmc yukon xl, have had the unit for a while with the drone module with no issues. now when i try to use it the vehicle goes through the start sequence but only turns the engine over a 1/2 revolution causing a no start. nothing has changed electrical wise. Help please, its getting cold

Cant get the truck to remote start after successful programming and dcryptor process

GMC Sierra 1500, EVO-GMT3. Blue light comes on fortin unit when I hit lock but only one time, even if I press lock 3 times. If I unlock the truck and press lock the blue light will come on the first time you press and not after that. No light shows up when you hit unlock. I have an aftermarket alarm and i'm not if I have selected the right options for evo to work.
