The current device cannot be flashed anymore.

I got evo one in my mazda cx 5 2016 but in flashlink it is showing mazda 3 2015. I can not flash it. Can you help me out? S/N: 002B03031914

Reset\Wpe Unit

2018 Mazda 6 EVO One with T-Harness and Carlink 4G add on.  

 
Initially, everything worked but the Carlink was not syncing so the car was not unlocking and locking from the app (But was starting).  Now after many failed attempts it seems I have messed everything up and hit my flash limit.  Can I get the S\N below reset for flash limits?  Also what is the best way to wipe everything and start like its new? Now nothing is working.
