Immo data is incomplete

2015 Ford Kuga PTS

Problem from 6 step of manual (34911):

6. "Press & release PTS to turn ON ignition, the YELLOW LED will turn on.The RED LED will turn OFF" - yellow lights up but red doesn't turns off

If I press start button several times (turn on/off ignition) - red finally turns off.

7. "Press & release PTS to turn OFF ignition, the YELLOW LED will turn off.The RED LED will turn ON" - the same again: yellow doesn't turn off and red doesn't turn on. I'm pressing again two or more times - yellow off, red on.

8. "Press & release PTS to turn ON ignition, The YELLOW LED will turn on and off.The RED LED will turn OFF. WAIT, the BLUE LED to flash rapidly"  - this time everything is ok.

9. "Press & release PTS to turn OFF ignition, The RED and YELLOW LEDs  will alternate." - OK again.

I'm disconnecting EVO-ALL, go to Dcryptor menu, sending data. After 2 minutes it says "The immobilizer data received from the module is incomplete".

I've tried several times on different firmwares (from minimum 71.35 and higher) - the same problem.

No start. Evo yellow led only. Not stand alone. Remote seems to be working

Programming Evo to instructions does nothing. Programming to using two keys, leaving them both out after cycling ignition and pressing program button does. I then get blue and red LED to flash. Then blue only flashes. Dash says no key found though. Only yellow led ever turns on when trying to start. Remote start seems to be working fine. All systems act as the should, horn honks, brake shuts system down etc. Wiring is per diagrams. I can hear the fuel pump turn on etc. But, never starts. Yellow led never comes on while programming second key

EVO-ALL loses key data info when power is disconnected

It is on a 2008 Ford Mustang. Manufacture date is 06/2007. Tried installing with 2008 diagram, but nothing works over CAN (even wire colors are different on OBD2 plug on pin 3 and 11), so I went with the 2007 diagram. I have tried programming with 1 key, and 2 keys. Either way if power is lost, the next time you engage the remote start, the immobilizer light flashes and vehicle doesn't start. If you reprogram it again it works until power is disconnected again. I have installed over 500 of these units the past 2 years and I have never ever seen anything like this. Is it actually losing the key data, or is something else going on?

FAQ - BCM will not learn bypass kit transponder.

Problem:

The installer is unable to program the bypass kit's onboard transponder into the vehicle's BCM (Body Control Module).

In the majorority of these cases the remote starter timing is not fast enough to enable the vehicle's ignition and the bypass kit's transponder output so the vehicle's BCM times-out in the middle of the installation programming procedure.

Solution:

The vehicle and bypass kit will need to be 'hot-wired' near the end of the programming sequence in order to enable the Bypass kit's output before the BCM times-out. In most cases (referring to most bypass kit programming procedure) once the second key has been removed the vehicle's ignition will need to be powered up and the bypass kit's ground-out-while-running input will need to be grounded. In some cases the vehicle's 2nd ignition or accessory wire will also need to be powered up and furthermore on very select few models the key sense wire will also need to be grounded.
