The evo ride is connected to an 80bit key 2013 F150 ford (verified with voltage test) Module goes through all the programing/ blinking with the two keys. When i activate the remote starter to complete the programing the module led stays red and does not blink. The module label states it has firmware 2.xx.

Problem:

The installer is unable to program the bypass kit's onboard transponder into the vehicle's BCM (Body Control Module).

In the majorority of these cases the remote starter timing is not fast enough to enable the vehicle's ignition and the bypass kit's transponder output so the vehicle's BCM times-out in the middle of the installation programming procedure.

Solution:

The vehicle and bypass kit will need to be 'hot-wired' near the end of the programming sequence in order to enable the Bypass kit's output before the BCM times-out. In most cases (referring to most bypass kit programming procedure) once the second key has been removed the vehicle's ignition will need to be powered up and the bypass kit's ground-out-while-running input will need to be grounded. In some cases the vehicle's 2nd ignition or accessory wire will also need to be powered up and furthermore on very select few models the key sense wire will also need to be grounded.

Symptom: The EVO-RIDE will not program with a Ford 80-bit SA stamped key.

Cause A: The EVO-RIDE has an older firmware version that does not recognize the key.
Solution A: Update the EVO-RIDE to firmware version 1.03 (or newer) with the FLASH-LINK UPDATER and program the module.

Cause B: Even though the key is 80-bit the vehicle may not be equipped with 80-bit encryption. On 80-bit systems the immobilizer power wire at pin #1 of the immobilizer connector has +12VDC when the key is inserted. On 40-bit systems the immobilizer power wire only has +12VDC with ignition.
Solution B: If the vehicle is a 40-bit system - Download the latest EVO-RIDE installation guide and follow programming procedure #2.

Cause C: The Yellow (Immobilizer Power) wire of the EVO-RIDE is connected to the vehicle's ignition and not connected to pin #1 of the immobilizer connector.
Solution C: Connect the Yellow wire of the EVO-RIDE to pin #1 of the immobilizer connector.

Problem:

The EVO-RIDE will not program to the vehicle's immobilizer.

The vehicle will not go in to programming to accept a new key. This will prevent a new key from being programmed with either 2 existing keys or with the dealer scan tool.

Vehicles that exhibit this issue may have an instrument display that resembles the one shown in the following diagram:
 

Solution:

The following procedure may need to be tried 4 to 10 times in order to successfully get the vehicle in to programming mode.

Have some aluminum foil ready to wrap one of the keys near the end of the following procedure.

Open the drivers door. Press LOCK on the 1st key and wait 1 second. Insert the 1st key in to the ignition barrel. The door locks should activate (move to the UNLOCK Position). If the door locks do not activate go back to step 1. Turn the key to the ON/RUN position and wait 3 seconds. Turn the key to the OFF position and remove the 1st key. Wait 3 seconds. Press LOCK on the 2nd key and wait 1 second. Insert the 2nd key in to the ignition barrel. The door locks should activate. If the door locks do not activate go back to step 1. Turn the key to the ON/RUN position and wait 3 seconds.   Turn the key to the OFF position and remove the 2nd key. Press and release the programming button on the EVO-RIDE. The LED on the EVO-RIDE should blink once. Insert a key with the head wrapped in aluminum foil, and turn the ignition to the ON/RUN position. If the LED on the EVO-RIDE flashes 10 times then the module is now programmed. If the LED on the EVO-RIDE flashes 3 times then the module did not program. Go back to step 1.

Thanks for your answer. Between the EVO-ALL, EVO-RIDE and KEY-OVERRIDE-ALL, is one simpler to install in a 2007 Prius?
