evo all Moteur froid -10 C et moins

3xLock Remote Start and Cheverolet Cruze 2017

Hello. I have an Evo one with T Harness fitted to my 2017 Cruze Auto. When I push the oem remote lock three times, the car starts but it will not shut down with the oem remote. The oem remote wont do anything. I can open it with the key but the engine shuts down and goes into alarm mode. If I start it with the oem I can stop it with the DEI remote. ( Its set up with an XL 202 range extender.) but this defeats the purpose. Then if I open the door with the oem it goes into alarm mode. Any ideas????

Help! EVO-GMT1 4 pin datalink port is broken.

Hello, My EVO-GMT1 keeps losing power due to poor connections at the 4 pin datalink port. The 4 pin datalink wiring harness is fine. It is the 4 pin datalink port of the bypass module that is mafunctioning. I was able to power it up by wiggling the harness and was able to program the bypass. The vehicle worked fine for a day (remote start and power locks). Then after that, the bypass module will not power up / lost power and the vehicle cannot be remote started anymore. It will only power up if I wiggle the harness. I also plugged in the bypass module to my Flash Link Updater and I also had to wiggle the 4 pin harness before the module will connect to the flash-link / computer. This confirms that the 4 pin datalink port of the bypass module is not soldered/connected properly to the circuit board. The distributor (TigerAutomotive) I bought it from will not take it back or replace with a new one since I have already "used" it. Please help me resolve this issue. This is a hardware issue and not programming / wiring issue. So I believe I am entitled for a replacement module. Thanks.

Equinox Service Anti-Theft System

I have 2008 Chevy Equinox that I just installed an Evo-All in. I am running it as a stand alone. The install didnt go very smoothly due to the wire colors and pins not matching up. I finally managed to get the thing programed and ran the decryptor setup. It attemped to start but on the information center it displayed service Anti-Theft System then shut down. It automatically tried to start again with the same problem. I read a different thread about a silverado having the same problem and rechecked my wiring. I cut the red with a white stripe and have the evo between them. I checked this with a multimeter and it is an always on 12v source. The wires I have on the immobilizer connector are: Green pin 1 connected to the can sw Empty pin 2 Black with a white stripe pin 3 Brown pin 4 red with a white stripe pin 5 connected to evo I will note that my ignition wire on the key harness was orange not pink on pin 1 and that im using white with a black stripe as my vdata. Any help would be appretiated.

'04 Cavalier w/ Evo One - No remote start, other features work

I'll keep this short: Installed Evo-One with a CarLink ASCL6 in a 2004 Cavalier sedan (factory installed keyless entry). Applicable wires are connected with one caveat... The directions show the white wire of the Evo going to an IGN2, however, after much research and probing, I don't belive this vehicle has one. It does, however, have a brown ACC2 wire (Function 2 was changed to reflect this). ASCL6 was learned (learnt? whatever) just fine and the app shows battery, location, door status, etc. It also -does- let me lock/unlock, open trunk, and attempt a remote start. After yet more probing and testing with a test light, I confirmed that my (all the following relate to the 6 pin power connector) red wire receives 12v+ constant, the black is well grounded, and during an attempted start sequence, both the orange and white wires receive 12v+ for a few seconds before shutting off. The pink wire (ignition) receives about half a second of 12v+, and the yellow (starter) gets absolutely nothing. I have it set to tachless per directions, foot brake 'off' (I probed that wire as well, and it receives 12v+ when pedal is depressed, and 0v otherwise), hood pin is installed but disconnected for the time being (so not grounded, though I tried with it grounded anyway but no dice). Firmware for remote start and bypass is 1.25/70.18 respectively (reccomended versions). I must confess, I did intially mess up and connected the yellow wire from the 20 pin plug to the yellow wires of the vehicle/6-pin plug. I did fix this (connected to the pink now), but no difference. Parking lights are hooked up to a standalone LED for install purposes and when attempting to start they (it) turns on, then flashes once. Only once. I've tried multiple back-to-back attempts (mainly when checking which wires were getting power). Car starts and runs fine with the key. Factory keyfob does what it always it (apparently this isnt a supported vehicle for 3x start... I tried anyway, but figured it wouldn't work). I did set it up for diesel mode here recently, only to give it a moment from powering accessories to activating the starter (its my wifes car, and she doesnt like 'rushing' it). I saw this mentioned elseware and it doesnt seem like it would have any adverse effects. I mean... Not like it was working in the first place so....... Anyway, thats where I'm at. Why isnt this Evo One sending power to the starter wire? Thanks for any help! SN: 002B04 248987 Edit: Okay, so not so short...

2008 Equinox runs for 45 seconds then shuts down

I just installed a Viper 4305 remote starter with EVO-ALL in 08 Equinox. I followed the installation instructions, got the EVO-ALL programmed and Decryptor completed. The remote starter seems to function as expected: Door Lock Door Unlock Remote Start Remote Stop Brake stop Hood stop. Although, when remote started, the vehicle only runs for 45 seconds then shuts down. I was not able to see any diagnostic light flashes. One thing to note is the vehicle does have factory remote start enabled...I would not think that's the issue though. Any suggestions? Thanks

I have 3.4v going to brake wire when vehicle is switched on.

Evo One installed on 2005 Avalanche. I have 3.4v at the brake wire when the vehicle is switched to on position. This won't allow the module to start or program rf kit. Is there a resistor I can install on the brake wire to remedy this, or try to locate a different wire to splice into?

EVO-GMT4 2012 Silverado Shuts down when door is opened

I have a 2012 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD Diesel. Remote start works fine but when I unlock the door with the key fob and then open the door it shuts down the engine. Is this a setting that needs to be changed in my control module? If so what is it and what is it under. I have the EVO RS EVO-GMT4 setup.

2018 Chevy Malibu - wiring harness & decryption appeared to work according to instructions, BUT remote start won't work

All light sequences occurred as described in instructions during set-up (open door, push to start, close door, etc.). Brought the module in to computer in order to do decryption process - which appeared to work as described (according to the software). Then took the module to the vehicle, re-connected the module, re-assembled the OEM remote/key, and tried to use the OEM key to remote start, but it did not work (blue light flashed on module). What am I doing wrong?

2018 Traverse will not start

I used Guide 77231 to install the EVO-ALL with the T harness on a 2018 Traverse. The blue light is flashing on the EVO-ALL but the vehicle will not start. Does A10 and A20 need to be connected together for the vehicle to start? I may have failed to do that. Thanks, Bill

Have to unlock doors before 3x lock will work.

2011 Silverado(standard key). Using EVO-GMT4. After truck sits for awhile, will have to unlock, lock, then do 3x lock for it to remote start instead of just using 3x lock. Everything else works fine. Truck isn't with me at the moment.

Cannot get my EVO-ALL to work with a Encore E6 Remote start

2010 Chev Silverado 2500 basic Key Encore E6 Remote starter. with RS232 serial Idatalink EVO-ALL Harware 6.0 , Firmware 70.[36] I'll start from the begining. I installed everything acording to fortins Guide #59041. I wired everything up and since this truck doesn't even have power locks so I installed actuators and relays ran off the remote start car alarm(which work fine). Programed the EVO but was not working at step 4 where you turn the key to IGN. The led would not flash blue. I tried a few times and it would not work. Pulled it out and checked settings with the Flashlink and everything looked OK. Went back out and tried again, this time it worked. Back to the Flashlink to dcryptor which seemed to work. Back to truck to give it a try and no remote start. No lights at all on the EVO even when pressing the remote start button or door lock buttons. The truck will still start with the key. I tried the F1 and F2 protocals for the datalink but it's the same. The Encore says it won't try to remote start without neutral safety grounded, hood pin not grounded, brake pedel no 12v. All these i believe should come from the EVO-ALL. I don't think it is communicating. Any Ideas?

How to set up EVO-GMT4 to work with my crimsropper sp-502 remote starter on my 2011 chevy silverado?

I installed the EVO-GMT4 as a standalone bypass module that's when you remote start the truck by pressing the oem remote lock button 3X and it worke fine, now I'm trying to install a aftermarket remote start (crimestopper remote starer sp-502). I installed and programmed and flashed the bypass module with the aftermarket remote starter exactly as the installation instructions from the fortin website shows, dash lights up but no crank, my question is, is there a wire o wires that I'm missing or a setting on the flashlink manager.(years ago I did the same installation with evo all and crimestopper remote starer sp-502 on a 2011 chevy malibu with no problem.
