speed between lock button presses

when i hit the lock button on the factory remote 3 times some times the car starts some times it doesnt , is there a certain speed or rhythem to pushing the lock button? this is on a 2013 chev cruze with the EVO-GMT1.

Wiring EVO-ALL 2006-Chevy-Trailblazer

I am installing a EVO-ALL on a 2006 Trailbalzer LS. The diagram only shows 4 wire connections. I want to trigger using the factory remotes. Am I missing somehting. It shows Connection 3 with Program 3.

2014 Tahoe EVO-ALL no crank

Have the EVO-ALL installed with T-Harness in a 2014 Tahoe. After car is shut off with the key and remote start is attempted vehicle will start as it should. Any other time you attempt to remote start the vehicle it will go through the motions and power on ignition but will not crank. it makes two attempts and then shuts down with the 3 light flash. the ignition powers on and then goes out as if it was going to attempt to start but it does nothing. if i restart the vehicle with the key, turn it off and attempt again it will rempote start one time

Remote start doesnt work after unplugging module.

I installed the remote start programming and it works when it is all hooked up. But when I unplug the module and plug back in my cars original plugs and close the circuit it stops working. How would i go about fixing this.

2019 Chevy Trax Won't RStart after install

So we have installed a Evo All in this car, Using it as a stand alone RS, The Car will light up everything after 3X on factory remote, but then the dash goes dead, with a CEL light (radio playing) Turns off.... EVO ALL tries agian, and fails... 4 Red light flash on unit... Checked my cables... Everything hooked up correct - Hood Disabled in programing, (Parking lights NOT hooked up at the moment) Removed the flash, and tried to reflash a couple times, and ended up locking myself out (I need cleared please Fortin) Any advice here please help out... Thank you

Silverado 1500 2010 evo-all not starting truck after Dcryptor

EVO-GMT4

Followed guide#59011

All options for 3X lock and hood pin off are saved but after the Dcryptor the evo-all will not even do the ignition sequence before starting.

When I had made a master reset without using the Dcryptor the evo-all was making the ignition sequence but not starting obviouly because of the missing key.

How can I know if I have a Standard of premium package for the key?

OEM 3x Lock not starting 2011 Silverado 1500

EVO-GMT4
 

2011 Silverado 1500 Standard-Key. Programmed according to instructions on guide #59011. Installed using the included T-Harness. Programmed and decrypted using USB Flash Link. Re installed the module into vehicle.  When I push the lock button on the OEM remote 3x the blue light flashes each time but doesn't start the vehicle.

2011 Silverado entered Theft Mode, help.

I connected the Evo All remote start to my 2011 Chevy Silverado Crew Bad. I was finally able to get it to fire up once by hitting lock three times on my manufacturer key fob. Then when I went to try again it didn't work, and so I tried the key and it went into theft mode. I have been trying to get it out of theft mode all morning. I killed my battery but am charging it now. I am wondering is there a detailed setting I overlooked? I am pretty sure I have a chipped key, should I have selected premium instead of standard key? Do I have to try to restart the whole process once I can fire my truck back up? SN 001A07 093223

2010 Tahoe. Installed,setup, decrypted. Alll went well. Push Lock 3X, nothing.

I bought this truck used 2 years ago. Just noticed I have a Directed 3902T CANBUS OEM Security Upgrade System installed. Could this somehow causing the vehicle not to start? If so, is there some kind of workaround? Also, when I push the lock button the first time, on the dash, a light with a vehicle and a padlock flashes on the screen and stays lit.

chevrolet aveo standard remote disabled after remote starting, starts anyway at the 5th lock not the 3th lock

i have the evo all installed with the GM1 t-harness, and i use my factory chevrolet flip key (aveo 2012 euro/sonic) the car starts at the 5th time pressing the lock button, not the 3th time, and if i try the option lock-unlock-lock then it don`t work.. if i remote start the car then de oem flip key is disabled and get no response from the car, i can unlock the car with the key, and if i push the unlock button in the car and press the brake it turns off and starts normally (automatic) license: (JV-198-N) Netherlands.

OEM 3x Lock not starting 2007 Silverado Classic (now at flash limit)

I'm doing a first time install of the EVO-ONE (SN 002B048051) on my 2007 Chevrolet Silverado Classic 2500 HD Diesel and I followed Guide 61101 Rev 20190723 which stated the bypass FW must be a minimum version of 70.26. The latest version of my flashlink software wants me to use 70.18 (highlighted in green) which did not work so I then upgraded to the latest version 70.39. I found at the latest version the module would not recognize the key programming procedure (all led's flashed at same time when powered on). I then tried going down one FW version at the time (from the latest) and found that 70.34 is the latest version that will work as per the guide and accept key programming without all LED's flashing when plugged in. I'm now stuck at that version and cannot set bypass options any longer since my flash limit has been reached (not sure if not being able to set bypass options is due to flash limit reached or the fact I'm now at 70.34 because I know 70.26 did allow me to set bypass options). Both 70.34 and 70.26 are greater than the guide requires My remote start FW is 1.24 and I had enabled both options 38.2 and C1 along with other options for Diesel etc. According to the guide the 3x lock , heated seats etc should work on the classic and this module but I have yet to see success. When I start the truck with the key I see the yellow light come on showing the key is programmed however I do not see the blue light blink when pressing lock on my OEM remotes. I do have the Fortin Rf642 rf kit on the way and will setup the module to use those however I wanted to enable the 3x lock on the OEM remotes in the meantime. Can anyone point me in the right direction? what FW should I be running and can my module be unlocked so I can flash and configure it please? Is there some other wiring outside of the guide that I am missing? Also can anyone confirm the options that should be enabled to trigger heated seats, remote defrost and heated mirrors? Thanks

Doors will not unlock after remote start

After remote start initiated (using 3 x lock on key fob), the doors are locked. However, when trying to unlock the door with the key fob to get in the car, nothing happens. I have to unlock the door by physically inserting the key and turning. Any settings I need to change? 2013 Chev Equinox

2011 chevy equinox, wont start after installaling EVO-GMT1 stand alone remote start.

Installed EVO-GMT1 to my 2011 chevy equinox using install guide " Stand Alone installation with T-harness guide". Programmed module per the guide. Used Dcryptor per Guide, module lights were as on the guide. programming went good and dcryptor went well as well. When connecting module back to vehicle, data-link first than every other connection, notice that when connecting the data-link no ligts came on, in the module, so just went ahead and try to start vehicle nothing. vehicle did not even try to start. also no lights came on in the module. try to start vehicle with key and also nothing. removed t-harnes and module from vehicle and vehicle started fine. reseted module to factory setting and redid all programming that is required and still have the same issue as above. vehicle wont start hitting 3x lock or using key. the only way it starts is if i remove everything from vehicle. p.s i only removed module and left T-harness and still vehicle wont start with the key. it will only start if i remove T-harness and module. what could be going wrong?

2013 chevy equinox will not start

2013 equinox will not start, evo-all. did the press 5 times programming, unplugged. went to the computer finished programming, installed back into vehicle. blue light flashes 3 times by pressing lock 3x's red light comes on steady, blue light breifly comes on. red light flashes roughly 10-12 times. red light stays on, goes off. yellow light comes on steady and stays on. while all of this is going on the door chimes, door locks and radio all come on as if the car was going to start. almost forgot to mention, i did get the car to start on the first time. however, it never worked again.

2013 Equinox 3x Lock Remote Start Issues

I have a EVO-ALL (v6) and on the latest firmware. Chevy Equinox 2013 with standard key, and T harness kit. Everything should be wired correctly. I have done the programming and decrypted. When I press lock three times, my car turns on (dashboard lights up, guages engage, radio on, etc.) but the car doesn't try to start. If I perform a remote start immediately after shutting off removing my key, the car will crank, turnover and shutoff. It appears to be a failed start (3 red flashes) that I assume is caused by failure to read tach sensor Any ideas?

Evo-GM4 won’t remote start engine,

I installed an Evo-GM4 on 2008 Tahoe and the remote start won’t work, the 3X Lock option is on and also used the decriptor to finish the install and does not work, every time I press lock the blue light comes ON on the module but the engine does not start, it came with Evo all module and T harness

2012 Camaro won't crank - EVO GMT1 stand alone

EVO-GMT1 with V2 T harness. programmed fine. performed decryption with flashlink (firmware 4.05). 3x lock will cycle ignition, but no crank. then unlocks doors, and locks them again - seems to be trying to crank again. will do this a few times, then stop. any thoughts?

2014 Cruze decrypted successful plugged back in does nothing for 3x lock start evo rs gm1

2014 Cruze lt standard key everything wired correctly did decryption and it said successful plugged back in will not start in 3x remote start mode. Gm1 evo rs package. Tried calling support center on hold 2 hrs without talking to a Damn person. Never blinked blue slowly when I tried the plug connector at the end of bypass programming just stayed solid but I did do decryption. Connected everything up right but does not work

Buying EVO-GM1 for 2014 Chevy Cruze

Hi there,

 

I would like to buy Fortin  EVO-GMT1 this remote starter system, but I have some question I wish that you help me.

 

Do I need to buy flash-link updater or I just need to buy Fortin  EVO-GMT1 then after installing I can use directly?

 

I'd use the 3X lock button on the OEM remote.

 

My car is 2014 Chevy Cruze LS.

2013 Impala won't turn over after locking

Installed an Evo0all, stand alone starter into my 2013 Impala. Programming was completed correctly and verified key decrpyt. Verified that 3x lock is being used for the remote start and that remote start is toggled on. When I send the start signal, unit has all three lights engage. My MIL comes on and the car does not turn over. I have not installed the hood latch wire as it appears to have a factory hood latch system. What would be preventing the vehicle from turning over?

Fortin EVO-GM1 on a 2014 Impala Ls with a stand alone remote starter,I want it to NOT lock or arm after being started?

I understand that the OEM key fob is disabled by the car manufacturer once the vehicle is started. My question is, can I disable the arm and lock feature of the remote starter after the vehicle has been remote started. I am not concerned with security of the vehicle. This is not a safety feature either because the vehicle can not be shifted with out the brake being depressed which disables the vehicle. If this can't be achieved through programming, could it be achieved through traditional wiring by not connecting the arm and lock wires. Thanks, Dan G.
